Short par3 course with astroturf
The problem with small cheap par3s is they aren't money makers and then they can't tend to the greens well. What's an alternative....astroturf. I'd rather have a natural course but I'd rather take astroturf than a course with crappy greens. Longest hole on the course is 117 yards, tees are all turf, greens are all turf, and there's a longer turf for the fringe. Ok little course to practice ur chipping shot control. Nothing else much there besides a bathroom and self pay station.
