Why the Northern Neck?
Members

leads to the Chesapeake Bay, as it provides a central location to family and

location isn’t the main reason people find solace on the Northern Neck. With an incredibly welcoming community,
access to some of the best fishing and boating around, and weather perfect for year-round
recreational opportunities, it’s no wonder Virginia was ranked the 2023 top state
to retire according to personal finance website WalletHub’s “2023′s
Best States to Retire” study. This
ranking was based on three key factors many people look at as they start to settle
down – quality of life, access to health care and affordability. Virginia has it all and ICYCC’s goal is to
